Part-Time Receptionist Vacancy

A vacancy for a part-time receptionist has become available at the Nicky Snazell Wellness & Physiotherapy Clinic. The clinic is located on the edge of Cannock Chase in a converted grade II listed barn.

The premises are easily accessible from Stafford via A513, Stone via A51 and Rugeley or Lichfield via A51. It offers a very pleasant working environment within a strong team of both receptionists and therapists. Our current reception team average over 10 years of service.

The current role is for 2 days a week, plus holiday and sickness cover.

Our busy clinic requires 2 receptionists on duty each day Monday to Thursday between 8.30am & 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am & 4.30pm. If starting at 8.30am then finishing time is 5:30. Early start times are shared.

The two days are set days but flexibility is available to swap between the team when necessary. Flexibility is required to cover for holidays and sickness wherever possible.

Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays), rising to 33 based on length of service, pro rata to full time working.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

  • Excellent client care
  • Booking appointments
  • Answering telephone
  • Processing payments
  • We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Used to a busy working environment
  • Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation to ensure the best service possible is provided to all our clients.

The role reports to Jean, Head Receptionist and is available with immediate start.
