Wolseley Bridge Roadworks Update

We previously posted that there will be 6 months of roadworks on the bridge opposite our clinic and that traffic light control will be required.

The roadworks started this week, and there has been considerable concern about getting to our clinic; inevitably, there have been other posts about long delays.

We have been through the roadworks several times, and so have some of our staff, and none of us has experienced anything longer than 3 minutes, which is comparable to any traffic light in Stafford or any other town. The benefit for us is that there is only one set of traffic lights, so it’s far easier than at places that require 2 sets.

So, rest assured, you don’t need to panic. The delay is short.
