We all have our own ways of saying thank you when somebody gives us a service that exceeds our expectations. But most of us are busy. We mean to leave a review, but then life gets in the way.
So when somebody takes the time to leave a really positive review, it means a lot.
At our clinic, we try very hard to make people feel safe from the moment they walk through the door. We want them to feel listened to, cared for and confident that we can help. And we never take a lovely review for granted.
Google reviews are one way. We have over 200 reviews, and over 95% are five-star. We’re delighted with that.
But leaving a review takes time. And there’s something else people do that, to my mind, says even more.
Reviews help all of us sort out the good, the bad and the ugly. And let’s be honest, every industry has its share of each.
But there’s a small problem. Most of the time, you don’t know the person who wrote the review. You can read their words, but you can’t ask them questions.
A personal recommendation is different. You probably know the person. You trust their judgement. You can ask what happened, how they were treated and whether they’d go back.
And when you’re in pain and wondering who to trust, that can make all the difference.
What if I told you that well over 11,000 people have come to our clinic because somebody recommended us? That’s mind blowing.
We love our Google reviews. But the thought that so many people have trusted us enough to tell somebody else about us means even more.
Imagine standing in a football stadium with 11,000 people, all shouting the same thing:

“Go to Nicky Snazell’s Clinic. You can trust them.”
That’s a pretty powerful recommendation.
If you’re in pain, we can help. And if you’re feeling a bit unsure about where to go, perhaps those thousands of personal recommendations will help you feel a little more confident about taking that first step.
