Seven Lives, One Truth – New Book Launch

Dear friends,

Today, I’m sharing something very close to my heart. Something which has consumed me for the last 5 years.

My new novel, Seven Lives, One Truth, is now available.

This is a book that finds you when you’re ready, when something inside you quietly recognises its meaning and value to you.

It’s a luminous blend of medical insight and spiritual mystery — an invitation into a world where pain finds its voice and where true healing begins.

The book was birthed in the clinic one Monday in January, and whilst unpacking the first box, a comment struck home

simply holding it carries a calming, healing presence

as though the story begins working long before the first page is turned. Some books are felt before they’re read.

This novel was born from lessons learnt and wisdom gained from over 100,000 patient sessions and 35 years of both clinical practice and psychic experiences. It moves beyond time, between a modern-day treatment room and the haunting echoes of a 1958 car tragedy, weaving together time, memory, and the body’s unspoken truths.

It’s written for those of us who sense that pain carries memory — that the body remembers what the mind has tried to forget — and that healing begins when we learn to listen differently, through the body rather than over it. For those who need scientific support for treatments discussed, there are extensive scientific references to back up all the evidence of this mind- body approach.

This is a story woven with mystery, time, and soul. A journey through seven lives bound by one hidden truth, unravelled not by force or fixing, but through hands-on healing, presence, and compassion.

At its heart, this book gently explores how forgiveness, love, and understanding can release the deepest layers of suffering.

  • It doesn’t tell you what to do.
  • It doesn’t rush or demand your attention.
  • It simply soothes and opens a door you may have thought was closed long ago.

Those who have already delved into the first chapter describe feeling seen, softened, and quietly changed, as though something old and heavy was finally laid down whilst reading.

If you feel drawn, trust that pull.
If you don’t, that’s perfect too.

But if something in you whispers, this is for me… it’s my time, then this story is waiting for you.

With love and presence,
Nicky x
