Our aim is to delight our clients, and as part of that, we recognise that for personal reasons you may wish to cancel a booked appointment that has been paid in full in advance. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, subject to the following:
If you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full. Where such a cancellation is needed when we are closed due to bank holidays, shutdowns, or weekends, provided that the message is left at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund you in full. We will contact you as soon as possible thereafter to arrange your full refund to the card you used to make the payment. Alternatively, you can call us at your earliest convenience.
If a cancellation is not provided with at least 24 hours' notice, the payment is forfeited in full. If you do not turn up for your appointment without 24 hours' notice, your payment is forfeited in full.
